Reports of discrimination based on sex, including sexual harassment, may be directed to the Title IX Director. The District designates the following person to coordinate its efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended:

The District prohibits acts of any kind, including harassment, the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law. The District prohibits dating violence, as defined by this policy. Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of District policy. This is through the requirements stated by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
El Distrito prohíbe los actos de todo tipo, incluyendo el acoso, la base de raza, color, religión, sexo, origen nacional, incapacidad, o cualquier otra razón prohibida por la ley. El Distrito prohíbe violencia en el noviazgo, tal como se define en la política. Las represalias contra cualquier persona que participe en el proceso de la queja es una violación a la póliza del distrito.
